Drilling is a leading provider of specialist drilling services across West Africa, predominantly the Republic of Guinea and Mauritania. Closer to home, Developments is a property development company specialising in commercial, leisure and retail developments in the North of England.

BHP Corporate Finance provided corporate finance, deal structuring and tax advice to the management teams of Drilling and Developments, in deals which involved the acquisition of the equity stakes held by private equity house, Endless LLP following a management buy-out (“MBO”) three years earlier.
